The perfect dish for the barbecue (or your grill if the weather forbids it)

Sometimes you’ve got to fake it till you make it, and in this case I’m talking about cooking summery food until the sun decides to appear.

This week, my optimistic cooking comes in the form of these green chilli chicken skewers, which are FABULOUS on a barbecue, but they also work under a hot grill if your parade looks like it might get drizzled on. You’ve also got some recommendations, for the telly show I can’t stop watching and a hotel for a nice seaside getaway.
