Hello Feeder gang!
I can’t quite believe that I have sent out 70 editions of this newsletter over the last year and a half. There have been over 200 recipes in that time, and tons of lists, from my favourite kitchen pans to the best food to eat in Vietnam. It brings me so much joy to write it every week, and I wouldn’t be able to do it without your support, so thank you!
If you are a new subscriber (hiya!), you have access to all the recipes and recommendations from the archive - have a gander, there is so much good stuff in there. A paid subscription only costs £3.99 a month, or £40 for the year, which is less than a cup of takeaway coffee, and considerably less than a London pint, and brings you many more hours of joy.
Anyway, thank you for being here, I appreciate you very much. Now, onto this week’s recipe.

Pork and Halloumi Koftes with Tzatziki
I have a list of recipes I’d like to develop in my notes app, and occasionally I scroll through and find an idea that I like the sound of so much that I’m surprised I’ve not yet developed it. This is definitely one of those ones.
I’ve got a big Euro summer holiday schedule planned, but outrageously Greece has been missed off the schedule this time. So, seeing as Greek food is one of my favourites, I’ll be plugging this gap by cooking LOTS of Greek inspired food, starting here.
The sun is peeping out quite regularly in London now as spring really sets in, and I’m getting excited about welcoming fresh, summery flavours into my home. These koftes would be GREAT on the barbecue, but equally you can shove them under a hot grill indoors if firing up the barbecue feels like jumping the gun in March.
