Hello lovely subscribers,
After a couple of months off events, I could not be more pumped to be cooking for you at The Camberwell Arms on 11th December at 7pm.
The Camberwell Arms is one of my favourite restaurants of all time. The food that Mike Davies and the team turn out nourishes my soul! Over the 10 years I’ve been eating there, I have had some of my favourite and most memorable meals of all time (including the one on my legal wedding day).
Honest, generous, comforting cooking is my favourite kind to eat and to make, so it feels fitting that I get to cook a big dinner for you to share, in a similar style to Mike’s cooking.
It is such an honour to be able to throw a supper club at The Camberwell Arms, and I hope you will love it as much as I do.
On the menu, we’ve got:
Starters
Polenta fries with sage and cheddar
Pumpkin with ajo blanco and almond piccata
Baby leek and anchovy toasts with smoked olive oil
Mains
Coconut and chilli beef shin pie with potatoes and greens
Pud
Hazelnut tiramisu
Unfortunately, I can’t cater to any dietary requirements or allergies with this one. My apologies!
